PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE FLOWER POT, LLC (“Privacy Policy”)

This statement discloses our privacy policy for the websites, related blogs, and associated activities (collectively “Site”) associated with the The Flower Pot, LLC (referred to as “Company,” “us” or “we”), as well as all products we may offer for purchase on the Site (collectively referred to as the “Products”). Application of Privacy Policy You Access Third Party Websites

This Privacy Policy does not apply when you access third-party websites from the Site. We cannot control how third parties may use the personal information you disclose to them, so you should carefully review the privacy policy of any third-party website you visit before using it or disclosing your personal information to its provider.

Children’s Privacy

You must be at least 21 years old to use/access the Site. Therefore, it is unlikely that children under the age of 17 will use the Site. Accordingly, we will not knowingly collect or use any personal information from children that we know to be under the age of 17. In addition, we will delete any information we know originates from a child under the age of 17.
